Pickup and delivery
- Free pickup in Montréal, by appointment.
- Delivery in Québec and Canada, at a rate confirmed before payment.
- International delivery on request. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
Signature
- Every original is signed by the artist.
Payment
- By card, through a secure payment link sent by Marisa.
- At in-person pickup only, Interac e-Transfer and cash are also accepted.
- A reservation request is not binding: no payment is asked for before written confirmation.
Prices and taxes
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Taxes extra, where applicable.
- Framing and delivery extra, unless stated otherwise.
- The same price applies on the site, on Instagram and in person.
Returns
- You have 14 days after delivery to return a shipped original, in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer and must be insured.
- The refund is made within 15 days of receiving the returned work.
- Commissions are final sale.
Framing
- Canvases are sold unframed, unless the artwork page says otherwise.
- Drawings are sold unframed, unless the artwork page says otherwise. Framing under glass can be added; its price is confirmed in writing before payment.
Caring for the work
- Hang the work away from direct sun and humidity: avoid bathrooms and the space above a fireplace or radiator.
- Dust it with a soft brush or a dry cloth, without water or cleaning products.
- Avoid touching the gold or copper leaf with bare hands.
- For a framed drawing, clean the glass with a barely damp cloth, never spraying directly onto the frame.
Commissions
- 50% deposit by card, 4 to 8 weeks. Full details on the Commissions page.
