What the site collects

Only what you type into a form: your first name, your email, your cell phone number and your message. Your cell number is used only to answer your request. For a commission, also the type of work, the size and, if you provide them, your budget, preferred date and reference photos.

When you buy, Marisa also asks for a delivery name and address, and a phone number for the carrier.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a proposal, complete and deliver a sale, and keep the records required by law. Your information is used for nothing else.

What the site does not do

No selling or renting of your information. No targeted advertising. No analytics or tracking cookies. Your reference photos are never published without your consent.

Services used

The site is hosted by Vercel. Forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to the mailbox contact@studiomarisav.com. Like any host, these services log technical data (IP address, browser) for site security and spam filtering. Card payments go through Stripe: Marisa never sees or keeps your card number. For a delivery, the chosen carrier receives your name, address and phone number. If you write on Instagram, Meta handles that message under its own rules. These services may keep information outside Québec.

Retention

Messages that lead nowhere are deleted after 12 months. Information tied to a sale is kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, have it deleted, receive a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format, or withdraw your consent. Marisa replies within 30 days. You may also contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
