Story
About the work
Against a blue sky that pales toward the centre, silhouetted crows cross the sheet while another keeps watch, beak open, at the edge of its nest among bare branches. The sky is laid in grainy layers of pastel, the silhouettes in solid black. A simple, graphic scene, between taking flight and coming home to the nest.
